The culinary artist behind every unforgettable dish at Irwin Indian Bistro. For Chef Singh, cooking isn't just a profession—it's a family legacy. He inherited his passion for authentic North Indian food from generations of family cooks, learning timeless techniques right in his childhood home.
With over 20 years of experience, he has perfected his craft in fine dining restaurants across the United States. His guiding philosophy is simple: to keep traditional recipes alive ("purani recipes ko zinda rakhna"). He believes the most essential ingredient is pyaar (love), which he pours into every dish that leaves his kitchen.
